BACKGROUND
J. John-Isaac Hill is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has served as a pastor since 1999, working to foster ministries which reached outside of the walls of the congregations he served. After having served congregations in Tennessee, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Texas, he is now focusing on his marketplace ministry, The Day 8 Company. Day 8 focuses on human responsibility for caring for the entirety of God's creation, particularly with regards to how communities are built and strengthened based upon the principles of God's creative work in Genesis.
J. John-Isaac Hill is a licensed and practicing attorney in the State of Texas. Additionally, an application to practice in the District of Columbia is in process and he is applying to sit for the Florida bar exam in 2022.

BACKGROUND
Shazetta Thompson-Hill has been able to successfully integrate her intellectual and creative gifts and abilities as a digital storyteller. She has produced a micro-documentary on her hometown, Flint, Michigan, and the response to the water crisis the community experienced. Her project, Presence, focused on the theological implications of the black Methodist churches in response the death of Michael Brown, Jr. in Ferguson, Missouri. She has also produced a photo journalist book entitled In the Face of Angels, a photographic look at the state of homelessness in tourist areas of Los
Angeles. She is currently working as the Director of the Doctor of Ministry program at Colgate Rochester Crozier Divinity School in Rochester, NY.
Dr. Thompson-Hill possesses the unique skill set to utilize various forms of media in order to tell a story from the perspective of her subjects. It is with this unique marketplace ministry which allows her theological, sociological, and educational academic backgrounds to emerge with such critical thought. Dr. Thompson-Hill has been instrumental in the efforts of Kingdom First Ministries to share its message of liberation and empowerment across the globe.

BACKGROUND
Dr. Marrix Seymore is an advocate of self-improvement for all. He has worked in educational organizations and institutions in Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Maryland, and California. His aim was to improve "lessons learned from the trenches" to support current leaders and administrators. Dr. Seymore is a former pastor, Western Regional Dean of Leadership Development, and Director of Christian Education for the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. He is a
leadership coach, strategic planning facilitator, and ministry evaluator. He is the founder of MoreSey & Associates, a consulting firm with Christian values targeting the market with a mission to develop communities and organizations to operate at their optimal best through a variety of proven methods designed to result in successful outcomes.
Dr. Seymore is a member of Kappa Delta Pi, an international honor society for educators; the 100 Black Men of America; Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.; and the NAACP. Dr. Seymore is the father of two adult sons, Marrix II and
Johnston Alexander Seymore. He lives by the mission of being an ambassador of vision; uniquely molded to glorify God, equipped to edify His people, and commanded to empower them further for the Kingdom of God. He executes
this mission based on Habakkuk 2:2 "Write the vision and make it plain."
Dr. Seymore is the former Dean of the Education Division at Lincoln University and current Chair of the Education Department at Rust College in Holly Springs, Mississippi.

Mrs. Tammy Daigle brings over thirty years of corporate operations and business acumen to the expansive work of KFM's mission and vision. Her unique skill set has allowed her to rise to the highest echelons of the corporate boardroom in the areas of human resources, operations management, customer experience management, and product development. With her ability to operate strategically with the variety of resources at the disposal of growing organizations she is well capable of leading KFM towards sound operations.
She comes to this marketplace ministry moment recognizing that God has blessed her with the talent and ability to navigate through the nuances of corporate strategy and operations. She specializes with being able to capture the vision of an organization and discover and reveal ways to operationalize that vision into a reality. This is the moment in which these talents will be maximized in the Kingdom as she influences KFM to navigate the terrain of rapid growth without experiencing organizational combustion.

BACKGROUND
As an ordained Elder, she serves as a Chaplain with the Orlando Police Department. She has served in the capacity as Evangelism and Mission Coordinator (2017) and the Central Florida District Evangelism Coordinator (2018-20). Over the years, her involvement includes community outreach, youth, prison, and women’s ministries. She is intricately involved in the affairs of the community as her marketplace ministry positions her to serve the population KFM seeks to continue to serve.

Joyce Glenn Bruton has sustained a prominent career as a mental health professional in the behavioral healthcare industry. Her career includes years of experience providing services to persons diagnosed with mental health and substance use disorders. Joyce realizes that mental health symptoms are not always visible and are at times inwardly suppressed. She continues to advocate to address the “stigma” attached to mental health. Joyce has witnessed numerous lives healed, transformed, and restored because of professional mental health/substance use counseling. She believes emotional healing contributes to wholeness of the mind, body and spirit. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Qualified Clinical Supervisor and has a private practice, Better Health Unlimited, Inc. located in Orlando, Florida.
Throughout her career Joyce has served in leadership positions providing administrative and clinical oversight for substance use and mental health programs in the Central Florida area. In July 2016, Joyce birthed the ministry, Women Connected X4, Inc., a relational and empowerment model designed to demonstrate the love of God toward others through outreach efforts, prayer, referrals and support to individuals and families. The effectual and fervent prayers of the righteous availeth much, with her heart and desire to intercede for others, in 2021 she was appointed as the Chief Intercessor for Kingdom First Ministries.
A highlight in her life was the privilege and opportunity to travel internationally as part of a medical and educational mission team to Haiti and Nigeria. These life changing experiences heightened her motivation and desire to serve and celebrate Jesus with her brothers and sisters from the utmost parts of the world. Joyce is compassionate about the fulfillment of ministry in the Kingdom of God.
Joyce currently resides in Orlando, FL and has one daughter, Amber and three grandsons, Jayden, A’mare and Zion.

Kevin Washington (Mwata Kairi) is an Afrikan-Centered psychologist licensed in Florida and Washington, DC. He is a percussionist and Priest of Imani Temple. He has taught/lectured at several colleges nationally and internationally. NBCUniversal/BEN, National Alliance to End Homelessness, Roland Martin, The Boris L. Henson foundation, Essence and many other national and international organizations have sought his expertise on Black/Afrikan psychological matters. He is a Past President of the Association of Black Psychologists and is currently an Associate Professor and Head of the Sociology and Psychology at Grambling State University is the National Program Director of Black Marriage Day, President of Black Mental Health Matters, Founder an CEO of Roots Afrika and board member and Vice President of the World Mental Health Coalition.
As a Fulbright-Hays scholar Kevin (Mwata) researched the impact of socializing institutions on the healing or restructuring of post-apartheid South Africa (Azania). It was in South Africa where he researched Ubuntu and how it can inform mental health service delivery to people of African ancestry and others. Not only does he work on healing the psycho-spiritual wounds that are present within people as a result of Cultural and Historical Trauma, he continues developing healing paradigms for persons of African ancestry who have been impacted by Persistent Enslavement Systemic Trauma (PEST). This work is critical to his advancing of Ubuntu Psychology/Psychotherapy. He is the founder of Ubuntu Psychotherapy.
As the founder of Ubuntu Psychotherapy (Psychology) he advances a culturally sensitive modality for mental health counseling and Psychotherapy for Black men and boys as well as Black/African families. He advances culturally-relevant trauma informed care and interventions to be utilized by psychotherapists working with Black/Afrikan populations and more. This approach is culturally inclusive and particularized for diverse populations. Through his research and writing he seeks to assist people to live life with power, purpose and passion.
