Bishop Freddy Washington, Sr. is presently residing in Woolwich Township, New Jersey. The Presiding Prelate/Senior Pastor of the Worldwide Outreach Restoration & Deliverance Church, Incorporated in Penns Grove, New Jersey with his wife, Bishop Dr. Pamala Washington. He has released several Recordings, and has hit songs recorded by major artists, just to name a few: “God’s Will is What I Want” by Ricky Dillard and New Generation; “Now I Can Journey On” by Reverend Jasper Williams; “I’m Sold Out” by Florida Mass Choir; “I Can Depend On Jesus” and “I Found A Cure” by Reverend Isaac Douglas and the Savannah Community Choir, Glory To His Name” by Music Ministry Workshop Choir, “I Belong To Jesus” by Reverend Isaac Douglas and the Varson’s Ensemble, just to name a few; and has performed and preached in major performance auditoriums, churches, coliseums, and concert halls, as well many T.V. and radio shows, extensively in the United States and other cities in Switzerland, France, Austria, Germany, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, throughout the British West Indies, T.C.I, and the Bahamas Islands; including performing Gospel at the World Expo in Europe, and at Jazz Festivals in: Nancy France, Paris France, Berlin Germany, Montreaux Switzerland, and Basel Switzerland. He has spent the past twenty-seven years training youth and adults through workshops, organizing choirs in schools and communities all over Europe, and performing to sold out Gospel Concerts in concert halls, and churches. Before COVID-19, he was by invitation preparing to take this ministry to the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Poland, Africa, Japan, and China. Since COVID-19, the ministry is focused on taking this Gospel through technology to these countries and to uttermost parts of the world.

Dr. Brenda Perry Wallace

Reverend Dr. Brenda Perry Wallace is a Certified Educator with ACPE: The Standard for Spiritual Care & Education. She is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of CPEO, LLC an ACPE accredited online CPE Program. She is an experienced educator, workshop facilitator, preacher, leader, lecturer, and published author. Dr. Wallace has been an ACPE Certified Educator in Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and Oklahoma.

She served in the parish as an Assistant Pastor of Oakhurst Baptist Church in Decatur, GA and the historic Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA. To preach in the same pulpit as the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., was one of Brenda’s highest achievements.

Dr. Wallace developed a community chaplaincy program and served as the Director of Chaplaincy in the south Atlanta community known as The Villages of East Lake. This very troubled inner-city low-income community was formerly known as “Little Vietnam” in Atlanta, GA.

She graduated from Bethune-Cookman College now Bethune-Cookman University with degrees in Mathematics and Chemistry in Daytona Beach, FL. She holds a cum laude Master of Divinity Degree from Morehouse School of Religion at the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, GA. Rev. Brenda also holds a cum laude Doctor of Education degree from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. Rev. Dr. Brenda Perry Wallace participated in Princeton Seminary’s Pastor-Theologian’s three-year program from 2004 to 2007 where she developed three award winning papers, ‘A Womanist Hermeneutic of Romans 1:16’; ‘Re-Traditioning the Church of Jesus Christ’; and ‘Chaplaincy Program in The Villages of East Lake: Lifting Up and Supporting the Soul of the Community and Its People.’

She taught CPE at Jamaica’s United Theological College of the West Indies and facilitates group sessions of the Introduction to the Psychology of Pastoral Care course and served as guest lecturer at the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC).

Dr. Wallace was telecommunications engineer at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). At NASA, she developed the first check out and maintenance cabling design for the Space Shuttle. For twenty years she was an engineer, project, and product manager with BellSouth now AT&T.

She is an ordained American Baptist minister. She has been married for 50 years to James O. Wallace and they have two beautiful adult daughters, two handsome grandsons, two gorgeous twin granddaughters and one great granddaughter.

Bishop Vincent Drummer

Born and raised in the "Onion City" of Vidalia, Georgia, Bishop Vincent R. Drummer considers himself the least of an extensive family line of preachers, ministers and musicians. He grew up in the Church of God in Christ under the watchful eye of his grandmother, the late Missionary Evangelist Malissa Drummer, his great uncle, the late Bishop Annias Phillips, and the late Bishop W.M. Jenkins.  As a teenager, when his only sister Felicia was out with the other kids in the neighborhood, he was somewhere praying and preparing to preach his first revival. Developing a relationship with the Lord early in life helped propel him into leadership and allowed him to graduate from High School, Class President in 1986.  

Since then, building people for the establishment of the Kingdom has become Bishop Drummer's passion and life's work. Licensed and ordained by Thankful New Jersey Missionary Baptist Church in Baxley, Georgia under the leadership of Dr. Alfred Cason, he became Pastor at age 18 of First African Missionary Baptist Church in Stillmore, Georgia.  A year later he added to his pastoral responsibilities, the Bryant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Georgia, while also serving as Vice Moderator of the Noah Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Association. In 1991, Bishop Drummer began his 8 years as the Pastor of the Springfield Missionary Baptist Church in Sandersville, Georgia. From 1991 to 1999, he also served as Christian Education Director for the 2nd Washington Missionary Baptist Association and Vice Moderator from 1996 - 1998.

Focused on excellence, Bishop Drummer founded the Tabernacle of Deliverance Ministries, Inc. in 1995. He was consecrated Bishop in May 1995, ordained Apostle in August 1998, and received his Apostolic-Succession in January 2005. Bishop Drummer also received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from His Excellence Theological Seminary in Newburg, NY. As an Apostle, he has planted 16 churches across the country and is the overseer of several churches in Georgia, Maryland, and Connecticut.

His other Civic Affiliations include 2003 Appointment to the Middle Judicial Circuit Juvenile Justice Board, Chartered Member of the Vidalia Boys and Girls Club, Member of the local NAACP. As an entrepreneur, he is the owner of the Vincent R. Drummer Funeral Home in Vidalia, Georgia.

With an End-time Prophetic mantle and more than 35 years of ministry experience, Bishop Vincent R. Drummer travels extensively throughout the states bringing healing and deliverance to the body of Christ. However, he is best known for “Activation of Gifts” and “Administrative Ethics and Preparation” comprehensive seminars.

Bishop Jacquelyn Gilbert-Grant

Dr. Jacquelyn Gilbert-Grant is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Sanctuary of Praise Christian Assembly, Inc. in Savannah, Georgia. She is an author and sought-after motivational speaker, who ministers at women's conferences, retreats, and seminars. 

Dr. Grant was educated in the Chatham County, Public School System and Graduated in 1971 from Savannah High School. She would attend and graduate from Savannah State College with a Major in Criminal Justice, Minor in Political Science. She received her Master’s degree in Biblical Studies from the Trinity Bible College & Seminary, Certificate of Completion in Church Administration, from Oral Roberts University. 

Dr. Grant is revered for her leadership, guidance, and dedication to the spiritual development of women. She is the Founder and CEO of Bound by The Covenant Fellowship. She is the creator of Queens for Life, LLC which includes a bi-weekly motivational virtual segment for women on three social media platforms. She is the founder and CEO of Forever Ladies International, which is not just a ministry but a movement teaching and encouraging emerging women leaders to excel in this diverse society while maintaining their femininity and self-worth. 

Dr. Grant also premiered as the publisher and editor of a new journal entitled “Matter of The Heart” an inspirational tool that stimulates women’s passion for success in all aspects of life as they write their personal thoughts. As an author, she has penned three books, "Developing Your Spiritual Gifts”, “For The Working of The Ministry”, “Boss Up For Purpose”, and “When The Water Breaks”. Bishop Grant has won many awards and citations through the years; however, her greatest accomplishment is her marriage to Mr. Marty Grant where together they have four children, eight grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter. She is well-established in the community promoting herself as an entrepreneur and leader. She is a mentor to women, and an inspiration to all as she continuously works to live her truth and walk in her God-given purpose.In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and reading. Bishop-Designate Cynthia Gee West, a transplant to Bridgeport Connecticut from Boykins, Virginia, is a strategic visionary and transformational leader who motivates and inspires others to maximize their potential and make an  influential impact in the world for Jesus Christ. She is the founder, Prophetic Apostle, and lead pastor of  Triumphant Christian Church (“TCC”), a multicultural Christian Church located in Bridgeport, Connecticut  whose diversity is represented by the flags of 18 different nations displayed in the sanctuary. She is also a  Certified Master Practitioner in Professional Coaching, a Life Potential Practitioner, and a Certified Life Coach. 

While working as an elementary school teacher, she was asked to lead a beginner’s bible study for the purpose  of understanding the Holy Spirit and the behavior of the Kingdom Culture. Through divine direction, the  vision of a church began to emerge. After council and permission, this beginner’s bible study evolved into an  established church in full witness of the Lord’s presence to promote the Kingdom of God. 

Under her leadership, TCC is a church without walls with an international presence and influence displaying  the undeniable power of God that has brought and continues to bring change, healing, deliverance, miracles, and breakthroughs.

Caring greatly for the financial wellbeing of God’s people, Bishop Designate West petitioned God in 2023 to reduce and  eliminate the debt ratio of the membership of TCC in an amount of no less than One Million Dollars and as  we near the end of the second quarter of 2023, God has responded! There has been $720,443.95 in verified debt  cancellation! 

Discerning the need for the world to hear the voices of the prophets of God and to witness the demonstration  of covenantal relationships among major prophetic voices working in the unity of collaboration, with giftings  and loyalty, Pastor West founded and currently hosts “New Era ~ The Council of the Prophets”, a weekly online marketplace prophetic roundtable discussion featuring a company of prophets to share knowledge and insight.  In addition to the weekly broadcast, New Era also includes Pop up Prophetic Nights of prophecy and healing. 

Within the marketplace, Bishop-Designate West is also the founder and CEO of Healing Tree Economic Development (the “Healing Tree”), a non-profit charitable organization, and its food service program, The King’s Pantry, a  local food pantry.

Dr. Lavonia McIntyre

Reverend Dr. Lavonia Kess McIntyre, a native of Baltimore, Maryland, is the youngest daughter of the Reverend Leon C. Kess, Jr. and Mrs. Letitia Louise Leeper Kess. She attended Baltimore City Public Schools.Rev. McIntyre received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Morgan State University in 1979 and a dual Master’s Degree with Honors: Master of Divinity concentrating in the Psychology of Religion and Pastoral Care and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Phillips School of Theology at the Interdenominational Theological Center in 2002. In May of 2013, Reverend McIntyre received the highest degree in ministry, Doctor of Ministry, Specializing in Pastoral Care, Summa Cum Laude, from the Interdenominational Theological Center. Reverend McIntyre completed further study in Clinical Pastoral Education. The first Unit was completed at Emory University Crawford Long Hospital (now Emory Midtown) in 2001. Four additional Units of Clinical Pastoral Education were completed at North Atlanta Tri-Hospital Center, Northside Hospital in 2004.


She received her Local Preacher’s License in 200,  ordained Traveling Deacon in 2001, Traveling Elder in 2003 and admitted into Full Connection in 2004.  She has  served in a pastoral role  since 2002.


She has many honors to name a few:  Induction into the International Society of Theta Phi ITC Chapter, Honor Graduate Certificate, President Award for Outstanding Student, Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges, the Phillips School of Theology Alumni Award.  She has written, lectured and presented many workshops and presentations on the local, region and State level of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church as well as other jurisdictions. She teaches Grant Writing Skills and Grant Administration. She has been awarded many grants some totaling over $50,000.00. She is currently the Director of Ministry and Context at the Interdenominational Theological Center.


Reverend Lavonia K. McIntyre is married to her best friend, Mr. Victor B. McIntyre. They are the proud parents of Jabari & Minnie McIntyre, Rev. Amina S. McIntyre, and Victor Mshindi & Kristen McIntyre; one grandson, Joseph Kamali, one granddaughter Alina Leorah and one god-daughter Natalie Roberts. Reuben Butler, Jr. is a native of Orlando Florida with an extensive history in the mental health and substance abuse fields. Reuben is currently the Director of the Anchor Program which is a program for homeless dually diagnosed clients. He has a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and is a Certified Addictions Counselor. He is very actively involved in community youth as well as adults. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in African American studies and from the University of Central Florida where she completed her Masters in Marriage, Couple and Family therapy. Mary is currently the Clinical Program Manager at the Medication Assisted Treatment program of Aspire Health Partners.
